Case Description This project covers a single-unit CAD crown restoration for a posterior premolar. The preparation provided sufficient occlusal clearance and clear space between adjacent teeth. The primary focal point was optimizing the cusp length to achieve a balanced occlusal contact while ensuring the buccal profile aligned seamlessly with the neighboring canine and molar. Case Solution & Results We sculpted realistic premolar morphology, extending the cusp length to establish proper occlusion without interference. By carefully matching the height of the marginal ridges and refining the emergence profile, the design blends naturally into the arch, providing stable contact points and a smooth transition with adjacent teeth.
